MY FIRST ANIMASHUN CLICK PLZ

Post by sixtem » Wed Jan 11, 2006 5:31 am

Yeah. I'm in a multimedia class and we've covered several programs lightly. Now we have to pick a program and make a final project with it. Well, we used Adobe Livemotion for making flash rather than Flash MX (only buttons and a bouncing ball) but I chose Flash MX anyway and am using a free trial. I just wanted to be able to do digital frame by frame because I only have 3 weeks to teach myself how and actually make it. Anyway, this is what I have so far:

Basically, the entire idea of this is to be a constant barrage of randomness and violence, that has nothing to do with anything and leave you staring at the screen for a few minutes afterwards going: "What the fuck just happened?" Right now I only have a little bit, it should end up being around 3-5 minutes.

So, what do you think?

I think it looks quite good for a first try.
I always wanted to do a flash clip on my own but I never had the time...
Anyway.. I think the guys looks cool but I also think that you should think more about the timing.
Like when the guy draws his gun and shots the other ones..
I think it's to fast to really see what's happening.
Or it's just me who was slow to get it

Ok, I showed it to a friend who edits videos and he straightened out the order and timing of the scenes. Other than that I'll make the transition to the walmart guy smoother and maybe add some frames when those guys are getting shot.

Thanks! I'll keep updating as i have more.
