Musashi, samurai legend

anyone else played this game before?
except for the lame dialogues , i've found this game to be an absolute gem!

it's ps2 only though.

just google some screenshots and be amazed. while still screen are already decent they don't do the game much justice.
i believe this is the best cell-shading i've seen, and at a fluid framerate too!!!

lot's of sidequests and stuff to collect too, but i haven't gotten to the best part yet: the game costs only 10€ :D
(it's available in bart smit; for dutchies and belgian folks)
the now offer 10-30 really good games at a small price, instead of buying me a new computer for games , i just spent the money on 10 games for DS and ps2...)

(sounds like advertising, but you know i'm not a bot ) :D

I've played it 2 weeks ago at friends and indeed, the game is very cool. Except for the lame (and obvious) dialogues. For only 10 euros it is a must have.

I played it some time ago, I borrowed it when my friend lent me his chipped ps2. It was probelly the game I played the most, it just has an addictive flare and I love cutting them in half and seeing all the workings inside. CLASSY!

yup, but i don't think the character is the same.

they transported him from his own world, and while you get to know everyone in the village, you don't really learn a lot about the main character.

i just bought it because it was a square-enix game.... but it's the only game in the last months that has kept me playing on my ps2 untill i finished it...

and indeed, the special abilities and cutting enemies in hand makes you feel so good about playing it, otherwise the action would get boring, but there are lots of abilities to steal from opponents and you get to swing with The Great Oar and use maelstrom wich looks soo cool :)

to me it felt more like a blend between an action rpg and a normal one... the action feels slow, but it gives you time to think about wich move to make next ...

i just finished it with 23 hours on the clock
only got 2/3rd of the extra's though :)
