I always use AntiVir. It's free. :)

And like he said if you can find out what the virus is you can look it up and probably download a tool for removing it.

I'm a fan of TrendMicro, but unless you find a cracked version of it  , or feel like paying butt-loads for it...i dunno. maybe Norton?

Hope you get that fixed

Panda Antivirus, bitch. It also rapes your spyware in the ass and then disposes of it.

Panda made my computer mucho slow. >< And then I had major problems uninstalling it. By far my least favourite antivirus. :D

Panda broke one of my XP installs. Haven't used it since. Now using Kaspersky Antivirus.

Panda doesn't know the term "uninstall" you can't get it off.

but the trendmicro one is good as you can use the free version via the interwebs.

That's because you guys don't have brains enough to run a simple virusprogram. It hasn't given me a single problem, ever.
also, it's intrawebs*

hmmm. yeah. I mean it of course took some thinking to install a fucking program. I installed it and performance dropped like 50%. :? Then trying to remove it was horror. After removing it it fucked up my network... Couldn't get on the internet. Not even Winsock Fix worked. :? Had to format and reinstall everything.

final verdict: PANDA 2006 SUCKS!

AVG Antivirus. It doesn't bog down your computer, it's free, and it's gotten rid of EVERYTHING I had. It beats the pants off of Norton.

Then again, everything beats Norton.

Bah, I don't think that Norton sucks.
To be honest I think that Norton is one of the best programs out there. I've always used Norton, and with succes. I never had any serious trouble, and if there was something to worry about Norton always saved the day.

But then I got a new PC and I had to install Norton again, and what do you know? My installation disk is gone. Bummer.

And after several attempts running an OS without a virus scanner I decided that I would better off using one of those free scanners.
So, I got AntiVir. Nice program, or so it seemed. Because I got my Norton disk back again and Norton found several virusses AntiVir never found.

Interesting, yes.

Wait what?

Also, I was speaking of personal experience, Kichiro. Maybe there's a problem with the trial version
