Meme is pronounced "meem." It rhymes with gene.

That's partly why Richard Dawkins created that term, because memes are the genes of information and culture.

haha....I'm not sure why, but I always thought it had the same pronunciation as 'maim'. Oops.

i wasn't really sure how it was pronounced =P
i just kind of recognized it as a word and don't ever really use it :D
